When you click the link, it will bring you to a new page for paypal checkout. You do not need to have a paypal account in order to complete this. 

There will be a blank box next to item price, where you just need to enter the amount you are paying in that box. There is also a box above that where you can write a quick description of what you are paying for. 

This is just a convenience for you, our patients, to be able to pay online. If you prefer, you can definitely still pay over the phone or in person.
